Accessibility of gregorweber.com

Target

This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What that means in practice

  • Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
  • Text and interface colours were checked against the WCAG contrast minimums; the palette is verified by an automated check that runs with the build.
  • Headings follow a real document outline, so screen-reader users can navigate by structure.
  • Images carry alternative text, and the explanatory diagrams carry both a short label and a longer description of what they show.
  • The layout works from 320 pixels wide upward and reflows without horizontal scrolling.
  • Animation is minimal, and everything non-essential is disabled when the operating system requests reduced motion.
  • The core content is readable without JavaScript.

Known limitations

Any barrier discovered in testing is listed here with a plan and a date. Where an issue cannot be fixed immediately, an alternative way to get the same information is offered.

Reporting a problem

If you hit a barrier on this site, please say so — describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you know it. Reports are treated as bugs, not suggestions.

This site can use Google Analytics to count visits. Until you accept, it is loaded but switched off: no cookie is set and nothing identifies you. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.
